Our team uses planning tools and grid data to determine whether your site qualifies. If it looks suitable, we’ll move to the next stage — at no cost to you.

We cover all the legal, planning and grid application costs. This includes submitting a grid application to the local DNO and applying for planning permission with the local authority. You don't need to do anything — we manage the entire process and keep you updated.

Once planning and grid connection are approved, you can choose to Sell the land to us for a lump sum, or Lease the land for a fixed income. You can also Refer another landowner and earn a commission if their site qualifies.
